Phraseology Tips
- Use 'explicitly out of scope' to set clear boundaries
- Say 'schedule variance' not 'delay' (less emotional)
- Frame risks as 'identified and mitigated' not 'problems'
- Use 'gates' for dependencies: 'UAT gates the go-live decision'
