Vocabulário Agile & Scrum: Fugindo do Portunglês em Reuniões Globais
Daily stand-ups, sprint reviews e retrospectivas sem parecer que você está traduzindo do português.

Erros Comuns a Evitar
"Let's do the daily."
"Let's start the daily stand-up. / Let's sync up in the daily."
"The sprint will start."
"We're kicking off Sprint 15 on Monday."
"This is blocked."
"We've identified a blocker. I'll escalate to the Scrum Master."
"We did good this sprint."
"We achieved 95% of our sprint goal and delivered 38 story points."
Phraseology Tips
- Use 'time-box' as a verb: 'Let's time-box this discussion to 5 minutes'
- Say 'commit to' not 'promise': 'We can commit to 6 stories this sprint'
- Frame problems as 'impediments' or 'blockers' - it's less personal
- Use 'potentially shippable' to describe increment quality
